Membership, penalties, and funeral arrangements
Please read these important terms regarding membership, funeral arrangements, and repatriation support.
Membership
- Joining is free.
- Each funeral policy can cover up to 14 beneficiaries, plus 1 policy holder (the person responsible for payments).
- We don't allow casket and tombstone from other funeral parlours.
Penalties
- We will charge a R200 fee for a missed premium and R400 fee for two missed premiums when you have a funeral that is not conducted by us.
- We will charge you a penalty fee of R1500 for a missed premium and R2500 penalty fee for two missed premiums when we conduct the funeral service.
- We will charge a penalty fee of R6000 for three missed premiums.
- Your policy will lapse after four unpaid premiums.
Funeral Arrangements
- We don't do body removal from other funerals mortuary.
- Saturday funerals are arranged till Wednesday at 12:00. Any request after 12:00 will be for Sunday or the following weekend.
Deceased Repatriation
- We offer free Repatriation services in Limpopo and Gauteng provinces.
- For Repatriation in other provinces within South Africa, we make special arrangements to ensure your loved one is returned to their final resting place with dignity and respect.
